1. About Us and Our Services
Your NHS Pension is a trading name of Far From Surgical Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
In these terms, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Your NHS Pension / Far From Surgical Solutions Ltd.
You can find information about our services on our website or by contacting us directly. Key details will be confirmed to you in writing (by email, within your account, or otherwise) before or after you place an order.
2. When You Purchase from Us
By placing an order, you agree that:
We only accept your order once we have reviewed and confirmed it
We may decline orders in certain circumstances
Payment is required at the time of ordering (or as agreed)
Interest may be charged on late payments
VAT changes may be passed on where applicable
We are not responsible for delays outside our control
You are responsible for providing accurate information
Additional charges may apply if required information is not provided
You have legal rights to cancel (see below)
You have rights if there is an issue with your service
We may update or change our services and terms
We may suspend or withdraw services in certain circumstances
Our liability is limited (see section below)

3. Order Acceptance
We will confirm receipt of your order and will usually confirm acceptance within 10–15 working days.
4. Order Rejection
We may decline an order, for example:
If we cannot verify your details
If the service is unavailable or mispriced
If you are located outside the UK
If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payments made.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is typically taken when your order is accepted.
For certain services, payments may be taken in stages or at agreed intervals.
Late Payments
If payment is overdue, we may charge interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
6. VAT
If VAT rates change between your order and delivery, we may adjust the amount payable unless full payment has already been made.
7. Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g. delays from NHS pension administrators).
If delays occur:
We will inform you as soon as possible
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption
If delays are substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for services not yet delivered.
8. Your Responsibilities
You must:
Provide accurate and complete information
Supply requested documents in a timely manner
We may charge additional fees if delays or extra work arise due to missing or incorrect information.
9. Your Right to Cancel
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date your order is confirmed.
However:
This right is lost once the service has been fully delivered
You must pay for any work completed before cancellation

Refunds will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.
10. Goodwill Guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, we may offer a discretionary cancellation period up to:
Completion of analysis, or
30 days (whichever is sooner)
This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Service Quality
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must:
Be carried out with reasonable care and skill
Be delivered within a reasonable time
Be reasonably priced (if not agreed in advance)
If there is an issue, we will:
Correct or repeat the service where possible
Offer a refund where appropriate
12. Changes to Services
We may update services:
To reflect legal or regulatory changes
To make minor improvements
If significant changes occur, we will notify you and allow you to cancel if required.
13. Suspension or Withdrawal of Services
We may suspend services to:
Resolve technical issues
Comply with legal obligations
Implement updates
If services are suspended for an extended period:
Fees may be adjusted
You may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered services
We may withdraw services with at least 1 month’s notice.
14. Ending the Contract
We may terminate the contract if:
Payment is not made within 30 days of reminder
Required information is not provided
You may terminate ongoing services as outlined during the purchase process.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract, except where losses are:
Not foreseeable
Caused by events outside our control
Avoidable by reasonable action
Related to business use
Based on reliance on our services as financial advice
Important:
Our services provide technical pension analysis only and do not constitute financial advice.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
16. Data Protection
We use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice, available on our website.
17. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

You may also use alternative dispute resolution services such as the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law.
You may bring claims in:

Or your local UK jurisdiction (Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
19. Other Important Terms
We may transfer our obligations to another organisation (your rights will not be affected)
You may only transfer your contract with our consent
This contract is between you and us only
If part of these terms is invalid, the rest remain enforceable
Delay in enforcing rights does not prevent future enforcement
